Hi Everyone, my name's George. I am a Sports Therapist based in Leicester and have decided to start up my own clinic!

Ever since I was young I wanted to help people recover from injury and have always been fascinated by human anatomy and how our bodies operate. This led me to complete my degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy from Loughborough University in 2022!

I have always been interested in sport, always wanting to learn new skills and try new things. I started off playing tennis when I was 8 years old and I still play at my local club, I also managed to pick up a few trophies along the way!

For the past 10 years I have coached tennis across a large range of players with varying ages and abilities, this led me to be Loughborough University Tennis Coach of the Year in 2019! I have always strived to improve my players and myself whilst coaching and bring a coaching approach to my work now as a Sports Therapist.

My other achievements in sport include karate where I achieved my black belt in 2017 and also have had the chance to train with and represent England, bringing home a silver medal 🥈

My work as a Sports Therapist began during my final year of university, where I provided sports massage to De Montfort University scholar athletes which allowed me to practice and enhance my skills.

After graduating, I spent the last year working in football for a non-league team and Leicester City Women as an Academy Therapist. This early experience at a top level has already taught me so much about the roles and responsibilities of a good therapist.
